Yoga is a universal and time-tested set of techniques to bring the body and mind into an optimal state of well-being. At Studio Nine, our teachers place an emphasis on making our classes accessible for every body. We believe that yoga should offer you an opportunity to connect deeply with yourself, making the practice a vehicle for healing and well-being, for us as individuals and our community as a whole. Choose from our drop-in class menu, our online class offerings, personal programs and events. Our studio is a beautiful space to practice and our welcoming community is nurturing and supportive.

While I think I am fairly dedicated to my physical health, I just never get around to doing yoga unless I am registered for a class. I look forward to it and even though sometimes I feel lazy at the start, I always feel energized by the end! I am so impressed with the lovely staff and am always shocked that I can still be learning from my classes even after all these years! Thank you!
